Each colour has its own frequency vibration and corresponds to a specific energy center in your body. Selecting and using the right colour lets you use its frequency vibration.
Everything in the universe is made up of one thing - light energy. Light energy moves at different frequencies. The human eye, however, is only capable of perceiving light at a frequency range of about 400nm-700nm (from red to violet). There are other animal species that are capable of perceiving even more frequencies and colours (birds and insects).
The ability to perceive different colours means that we have an ability to detect the vibration that we need and want.
While some colours have a higher vibration and frequency, each colour serves an important purpose.
Depending on what you are trying to achieve in life, you can surround yourself with the colour that best represents the chakra that is needed to create the reality. Here are a few examples of how to use colour effectively:
4. Trying to jazz up your sex life? Orange.
5. Do you need to cheer up a sick or sad friend? Wear green or pink.
6.Do you wish to remember your dreams at night or lucid dream? Wear indigo or violet pajamas.
7. When you meditate, imagine white light.
8. What colour to paint the baby’s room? green or pink
9. If you are depressed, pick higher vibrational colours to lift your spirits.
Colour therefore is one of the manifestations of vibration and all vibration manifests itself in the corresponding colour .
Nature's scale of vibration is wide in its extent. It commences with sound, then merges into thermal heat waves. These vibrations climb the vibratory scale as temperature increases and merge into the vibrations of the radiant heat waves in the infrared that reach up to the visible red of the light spectrum.
The vibrations above the infrared are:
Green - 35 trillions
Visible Red - 15 trillions
Orange - 20 trillions
Indigo - 60 trillions
Yellow - 28 trillions
Blue - 50 trillions
Violet - 75 trillions
Red has a stimulating effect. It indicates recklessness and destruction.
Yellow is the climax of luminosity and symbolizes sunlight. It brings the feeling of joy.
Green has a quieting and soothing effect. It is the colour of nature and life.
Blue is suggestive of open spaces and vastness. It is a melancholy colour.
Violet is magnetic and cooling.
Colour has physical and psychological effect on the mind. The physical effect is a chemical one and the psychological effect is psychic. The nervous system reflects its disturbances upon the mind or the sensation of pain or pleasure and the emotional states that accompany them. Primary colors are radical, elemental, and fixed in their vibrations or wave lengths, and their uniformity can always be relied on.
What is interesting is that if a frequency vibrates fast enough, it is emitted as a sound and if it vibrates much faster, it is emitted as a colour of light. If we want to convert sound to light, we would simply have to raise its frequency by forty octaves. This will result in a vibration in the trillions of cycles per second, so that, if a pianist could press a key way above the eighty-eight keys on the piano, that key would produce light. This would create a chord of light in the same way they can create a chord of sound. And it would be seen as colours of light because it would be moving at the speed of light.
